About me
Hi, I’m Eliza Yvette Esquivel, your guide and fellow traveler. My work lives at the intersection of deep spiritual practice and high-level strategic leadership. I’ve spent over two decades immersed in meditation, inner work, and intuitive development, including a two-year sabbatical that fundamentally reshaped how I move through the world. That journey is what gave birth to Radical Sabbatical Consulting.
Embarking on a Path of Inner Wisdom
My spiritual path began in 1989 and deepened through six years of ashram living in my twenties. In 2020, I returned to immersive practice through intensive meditation training, sustaining over an hour of daily practice for more than a year. Today, I continue to anchor my life in stillness, clarity, and trust in inner guidance. These are the same principles that guide this work.
Professionally, I’ve spent over twenty years as a global strategist, leading brand, marketing, and organizational transformation across Fortune 100 companies and global creative agencies. I held senior roles at Microsoft and Mondelez, served as Chief Strategy Officer at FutureBrand and Barbarian, and led strategy at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Earlier in my career, I worked at top global creative agencies, including DDB, JWT and Wieden + Kennedy. My client portfolio included Nike, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Amazon, Facebook (pre-Meta), American Express, and Samsung. Recognized by Business Insider as one of the 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising, my work reflects a lifelong commitment to blending leadership innovation with deep personal insight.
I founded Love & Order to help leaders and organizations turn complexity into clarity through foresight, imagination, and strategy. That work sits alongside Radical Sabbatical Consulting, which offers spiritual renewal and coaching for individuals navigating transition, reinvention, and the call to lead from a truer center of gravity.
